All devices sold by Async are covered under a 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
All electronic accessories sold by Async are also covered under a 3-Month Limited Warranty.
A 3-day return window is also available under specific conditions (outlined below).
To be eligible for warranty or return services, customers must present a valid purchase receipt —
either physical or digital (e.g., photo or email confirmation).
Async reserves the right to reject or void any warranty claims based on our terms below.
Customers may submit a warranty claim either by walking into our store or by filling out the form on our dedicated Warranty & Service page.
You will receive a response from us within 24 hours of submission.

Warranty processing may take anywhere from 1 to 7 days, depending on the nature of the issue.

Async does not provide temporary replacement devices during the service period.
Customers are advised to make alternative arrangements while their device is being inspected or repaired
Your warranty may be voided if we detect any of the following:
The device has been tampered with or repaired by third parties.
There are signs of physical damage, including cracks, dents, or broken parts.
The device shows evidence of water damage or self-inflicted damage.
Devices that have been jailbroken, rooted, or tampered with on a software level.
Async reserves the right to determine if a device is no longer eligible for warranty.
This decision will be based on the condition of the device, the nature of the issue reported, and whether the terms and conditions of our warranty policy have been met.
If the device is beyond repair, we may proceed with either an exchange or refund, depending on the situation.
General wear and tear is not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
Battery health deterioration over time.
Minor scratches or scuffs on the body or screen.
Performance lag due to prolonged usage.
Aging of internal components.
Display Related Issues (Green lines, black dots or minor dead pixels).
Devices are eligible for return within 3 days only if:
The product received was not as ordered.
The device was malfunctioning upon unboxing (software or hardware).
The device is unusable.
There is cosmetic damage upon delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Failure to notify within the 3-day return window
To proceed with a return:
Device must be returned in its original packaging, with all original accessories.
A valid purchase receipt must be presented.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.
Please back up your data and remove any SIM cards before sending your device for return or warranty.
Devices sold are non-refundable unless eligible as stated above.
