Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return, refund, and exchange terms.
All devices sold by Async to customers are covered by a 24-hour return & refund guarantee from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or refund within the 24-hour window, the device must meet one of the following conditions:
Software or hardware-related issues
Noticeable or severe physical damage
Wrong item, color, or specifications received
Product is out of stock during an exchange request
Device is deemed unrepairable during the warranty process
If more than 24 hours have passed since delivery or purchase, the device will no longer be eligible for return or refund and can only be sent in for warranty service.
Async reserves the right to reject or deny any return, refund, or exchange request.
Devices that are past the 24-hour return window may still be considered for a refund, depending on specific circumstances. These include:
The device must first be processed under warranty if an issue arises after the return window.
If the device is later found to be unrepairable, a refund or exchange will be offered accordingly.
Please note that return eligibility after the 24-hour period is not guaranteed and is subject to inspection and approval by our team.
For any return, refund, or exchange request to be accepted:
The device must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
If these conditions are not met, Async reserves the right to deny the request.
If a device sent in for warranty is found to be unrepairable, an exchange or refund will be offered and processed accordingly.
Refunds will be issued through the same method used during payment:
Cash – Refunded immediately upon approval.
Bank Transfer – Processed within 24 hours (via IBG/GIRO transfer).
No refunds will be issued for non-electronic accessories such as phone cases or screen protectors.
These accessories are eligible for exchange (e.g. different design/model), except screen protectors that have already been applied.
