Thank you for choosing Async. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a standard warranty to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a warranty claim.
All devices sold by Async to customers are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
To initiate a warranty claim, please visit our dedicated Warranty & Service page.
You will receive a response from us within 24 hours of submission.

Warranty processing may take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days, depending on the nature of the issue.
We will notify you throughout the process.
Chargers and cables, whether sold or provided free of charge (FOC), are covered by a 1-week warranty from the date of delivery or purchase.
Accessories such as phone cases or screen protectors are not covered by warranty. These are considered final sale items.
Any accessory-related issues must be reported within this 1-week window for potential warranty processing.
Your warranty may be voided if we detect any of the following:
The device has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized person.
There are signs of physical damage, including cracks, dents, or broken parts.
The device shows evidence of water damage or self-inflicted damage.
Any unauthorized modifications have been made to the hardware or software.
Async reserves the right to determine if a device is no longer eligible for warranty.
General wear and tear is not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
Battery health deterioration over time.
Minor scratches or scuffs on the body or screen.
Performance lag due to prolonged usage.
Aging of internal components.
Warranty coverage for display issues is limited to:

Fully blank screens
Unresponsive touch areas (partially or fully)
✗ Not Covered:
Green lines
Black dots or minor dead pixels
If the diagnosed issue is not covered under warranty, service and repair charges will apply. Pricing depends on the type and extent of the issue discovered. We will inform you before proceeding with any chargeable repairs.
If we are unable to contact you or if no response is received from your side after a set period, the following will occur:
The device will be returned to the owner.
Alternatively, the device will be placed on hold until further instructions are received.
